Can I modify or cancel my order?
As we aim to process all orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we cannot guarantee that such requests can be fulfilled.
If your order has already been delivered, you may return it for a full refund, subject to our return policy.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Please note that during holidays or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
We process orders Monday to Friday, and processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped on the next business day after processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The average delivery time is 5–10 business days, as our products are shipped directly from our supplier.
This allows us to reduce costs and offer our products at competitive prices, without charging shipping fees.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery window.
However, delays may occur due to logistics or customs clearance.
Please check the status of your delivery using your Track & Trace code.
If your order has not arrived 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@novaro-melbourne.com.
Are customs duties or taxes applicable?
All prices listed on our website include VAT and are displayed in AUD.
Depending on your country of delivery, import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
We are not liable for any customs delays.

How can I return an item?
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and labels attached.
Products showing signs of use or wear cannot be returned.
All returns must include a Track & Trace number.
You, as the sender, are responsible for the return shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
For credit or debit card payments, it may take 7–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for more information.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
How can I access my Track & Trace code?
You can track your order by entering your email address and order number on our tracking page.
Your tracking code will be sent to you via email within 2–3 days of placing your order.
Why does my Track & Trace code show no information?
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information becomes available.
Please note: it may take some time for the tracking status to update, especially during busy periods or customs processing.
