If you received the wrong items or the items are too small, please email us at info@novaro-melbourne.com to discuss the issue further.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original and saleable condition.
Once returned and approved, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
We are unable to refund or exchange any items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

All returns must be pre-approved via our return form. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1:

Please include your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2:
Send the items to the provided return address.
Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace number. As the sender, you are responsible for the parcel until it arrives. We want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3:
Receive your refund to your bank account.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
